Stay in cozy tent cabins, share meals the camp way: buffet-style, BBQs, and big outdoor dinners. Spend time between music sets hiking, swimming, or hitting the courts onsite. There’s two camp zones: one family-friendly, and one with more late-night energy. It’s like the camp you loved as a kid, but with better music and fewer rules.

House Party

BMF turns the whole camp into a house party in the woods. Think: lights strung through the trees, pop-up stages glowing in every corner, and the campgrounds washed in color and atmosphere. It’s just the right crowd size to keep things lively without losing the personal feel. Music goes late, food appears, and somehow you're still wide awake at 1am wondering how this turned into the best night ever.

Seven custom-built stages are tucked all over camp—under the trees, poolside, and around giant campfires. The lineup spans genres, and is rooted in music discovery. One minute you’re at a sunny acoustic set at our Creekside stage, the next you’re deep in a funk throwdown at our Lodge stage.

Where Nature and Music Become One

Forget massive screens and distant dots on faraway platforms. At Bear Music Fest, you'll discover music the way it was meant to be experienced—up close, personal, and woven into the landscape itself.

Each stage is purposefully positioned to incorporate natural elements: log benches, creekside acoustics, scenic backgrounds and forest amphitheaters.

No VIP sections or barricades here—every spot offers clear sightlines where you can see performers' expressions and they can see yours, creating genuine exchange.

Blue Lodge Stage

Where the party pops off. Built for big sounds and bigger bands, this stage is where full ensembles light up the crowd and get bodies moving. There’s room to dance, jump, shout, and let loose—this is where our most high-energy sets go down.

Blue Creekside Stage

This creekside gem sits under towering sequoias strung with chandeliers and twinkle lights, a naturally stunning spot that feels a little enchanted once the music starts. It’s the perfect stage for smaller ensembles and acoustic sets that don’t need a full drum kit to hit deep. Grab a spot under the trees and let the music carry you—this stage is all about connection, not volume.

The Pool Stage

A splash of sunshine and sound. Set beside (and partially inside) the Camp Blue pool, this stage serves up summer vibes with a side of cannonballs. Our Friday BBQ jams welcome every to the unique magic of BMF and a Sunday pool party finale goes out in style—fun, light, and ready to turn things up if the band brings the heat.

Blue Fireside Stage

Part cabin lounge, part secret club. With vaulted wood beam ceilings, couches, and a fireplace, the Fireside stage flows from cozy vibes to foot-stomping frenzy. One night might feel like an intimate in-the-round performance; the next, it’s a packed DIY dance club. Anything can happen here—and usually does.

Campfire Stages

Classic camp vibes, reimagined. These rustic amphitheaters at Gold and Blue wrap around a real campfire, creating a naturally epic setting for intimate or high-octane sets. Whether you're in the stands or dancing right up by the flames, it’s a magical spot whether during our Saturday taco fest or an evening show under the stars.

Gold & Oski Creekside Stages

Serene mornings, acoustic afternoons. Nestled creekside in Gold Camp with the mountains as a backdrop or in Oski with the camp's gold rush vibes, these stages are where your day begins with beauty and song and the perfect setting for smaller bands to ease you into the rhythm of the fest.
