We are excited to welcome you to a music festival experience like no other! Our festival is all-inclusive: music, meals, and your choice of lodging. Ready to book? Decision 1:
Location or Savings?

Want to lock in your exact cabin or campsite? Or are you flexible to wherever we place you and looking for the best deal?

  • Standard Booking: Our standard booking through the Lair Reservations site allows you to choose your exact camp and location.
  • Flex Pass: *New this year!* Save with the Flex Pass and we will pick a location and Camp Blue, Gold or Oski for you.

Decision 2:
Just Grown-Ups or Kids in Tow?

Camp Blue camping is for Adults only. For families, Gold and Oski are your options.

  • Standard Booking: If you’re bringing kids, choose Camp Gold, it’s our family-friendly zone. Adult-only groups can choose either Camp Blue or Camp Gold. Camp Oski is reserved for Flex Pass guests and those booking our premium, winterized cabins with private bathrooms (see Flex Pass).
  • Flex Pass: No decisions needed - just tell us your group size, cabin preference, and we’ll place you in the right spot. Winterized cabins with private bathrooms are booked through our Flex Pass.

Decision 3:
Your Booking Style - DIY or VIP?

Now that you’ve made your first two decisions, you are ready to book!

  • DIY: Use the Lair Reservation Page (Standard Booking) or the Flex Pass Page (Flex Bookings) to purchase your passes on your own.
  • Want a little guidance? Our friendly BMF Ambassadors are happy to answer questions and walk you through the process—no stress, no bots, just real humans who love BMF as much as you will.

Taxes and fees added to your reservation

  • California State Sales Tax: 1.6% of reservation fee
  • Tuolumne County Transient Occupancy Tax: 3% of reservation fee
  • A $12/day/camper Fire Assessment Fee

Cancelations

  • Reservations are fully refundable until March 1, 2025.
  • After March 1 2025, reservations are transferrable but not refundable.
  • We recommend that you purchase trip insurance to cover any potential cancelations (More info below)
  • Final payments are due May 1, 2025.
  • Final payments not received by May 1, 2025 are subject to cancellation.
  • The Lair and/or BMF reserve the right to deduction transaction fees from any refunded payments.

Standard Booking

Meyer and Associates, a partner of the Lair of the Golden Bear and Cal Alumni Association, offers two travel insurance plans through Travel Insured International (TII) as options. If you have any questions about the coverage provided by TII, please email Meyer and Associates directly at hello@meyerandassoc.com or call them at 866.679.7836. Their team is well versed in the insurance policies they offer, and their insurance is available to all campers.
